Problem with Nautilus 2S

I have been vaping for about 2 years. I started with the Nautilus 2 and it was great. 3 months ago I bought the Nautilus 2S. I really like the new cap that you unscrew to fill. It worked beautifully until 3 weeks ago when the tank completely emptied through the air holes. TWICE. I took it apart, cleaned and changed coil. It did it again. I took Nautilus 2S back to store that I bought it and they also went through same process. Replaced one O ring. Worked well for 2 days then again dumped whole tank of liquid through air holes. Any suggestions.
