Order status is not clear, frustrating...


I placed my order on Sep 11, and refer to the Shipping & Return Page that :

3. Delivery Time

Aspire ships all orders within 24 hours. If there are any delays customers will be contacted via email.


But up until now Sep 13, the order is still in process. I received no email about the delay... sent few messages through Contact Us page and live chatting but received no response at all.... The live chatting is kind of useless since you have to wait bu the countdown will stop at 1 minute, even after 30 minutes of waiting

So Aspire, pls tell me the status of my order....

  • The status of my order is know changed to shipped, checked the provided tracking number in DHL website and found that it's only "shipment information received" means my order is not yet sent out. So I don't get why would you put a bold statement :

    but in reality you couldn't commit to what you've stated.

    Also note that none of my messages have been replied, even after posting this thread. so yeah this is very bad experience. I'm thinking of raise a dispute of my order, get my money back and buy something else.
