I placed an order for Order #201442714 on FEB.15,2017.,
but I have not received anything so far.
I sent an inquire email about this product, but I didn't get a reply.
I am very troubled.
Could you give me some advice?

  • Really sorry for the delay . The new kit (Grey /Red) will be ready in 2-3 days ,pls kindly wait for some time .Or we can ship a Black one to you today ,what do you think ?
    And we will ship the whole order to you by DHL for free . Apologize for the trouble again .
