Hi,
I got myself a pockex and now after a month I am experiencing an issue.
So basically everything worked fine until a couple of days ago... When i was charging the device, the battery led was constantly switching from red tot green. When it stayed green, i started vaping but when i pressed the firing button it was orange, i tried a couple of other times and when i press the firing button i get 15 flashes of the orange light on the firing button. Ive been reading a bit on this forum And it looks like this is a battery issue? Is this a battery issue or what is the issue here? When i put my charger in, the battery led stays green, so i guess the battery isnt charging anymore? Is this normal after only a month of useage And what can i do about this?
Kind regards
Dieter
This is directly from the Aspire PockeX Owners Manual:
● Low Voltage Protection: When the
PockeX charge drops to 3.2 volts the
LED will flash pink fifteen times and the
device will stop functioning.
So for some reason the unit is not holding a charge......
The manual is speaking of a pink light, this one is orange... + since the batteries aren't replaceable, I guess i can't do anything anymore with this device that's only a month old?
Since it's an original product and I still got my waranty, what is your advice for me? Should I just contact one of the other shops where I bought the product or?
First I would try to contact the retailer from where you purchased the device. alternately see this thread for more info: https://forums.aspirecig.com/discussion/26698/some-suggestions-for-aspires-customers-who-want-to-seek-for-our-support#latest
Good luck and let us know what happens!
