Counterfeit ET-S Clearomizer

I recently purchased a silver ET-S Glass Clearomizer from a local store. I was assured that it was an Aspire ET-S Glass Clearomizer with a BVC coil inside. However, there is no writing on the device except for the word "ASPIRE". There is no "BVC" or "BDC" written after the word "ASPIRE" or anywhere else on the device. Pictures of the device seem to always have "BVC" or "BDC" written after the "ASPIRE" name.

Also, upon inspecting the coil element, it seems as if the lettering is not as bold or as yellow as what I have seen in pictures. It says "ASPIRE" and below it says "BVC" just as in pictures; however, the font seems different.

Included are pictures of both. Are these genuine Aspire products?

Thanks for the help!
