What do you mean by "resistance" when it comes to coils? 1.6...etc

According to the Ohm's law I=U/R,the resistance means the "R",the unite of the resistance is Ω.

resistance restricts the flow of power through the coils.
The higher the resistance the longer it takes to burn.
Low resistance and high air flow = big puffy clouds
