Hello, I have emailed on 12/29. 12/30. 1/4 and 1/05 regarding my order. Aside from the response on 12/29, no one is responding. Package did not arrive. Are you resending it, tracking it, refunding it? What is going on?

    We check with our online store support,she answered all of your mail,didn't you received the answer?
    We talk with the forwarder these days,the forwarder are doing the case.
    We have two suggestions:
    One: we resend the products your want again.
    Two:we refund your money.
    Would you please let us know which suggestion do you choose?

  • Just so you know, if your in the US, it takes some time. My last order shipped on Dec 12 and just showed up today on Jan 8. All my other orders from Aspire have taken close to a month and the online tracking never updates once it leaves china.
