Hi, I have had my aspire Nautilus for less than two weeks and the airflow is suddenly terrible.
I have cleaned and dried it, changed multiple coils and brought it to the store where I bought it to have it looked at.
We have found no solution, please help.

As I explained, the airflow is awful. It went from a perfect, airy draw to barely being able to draw a puff at all. I brought it to the store where I purchased it, where an employee found the same experience but could not find the cause of the problem. It is unusable.
This is not the security code.
The security code is on the back of the black box,which need customer to scratch and get it.
Do you mean it it hard to take a puff like something blocking?
