Is this the only way?

To contact Aspire I mean. In experiences with other reputable vaping purveyors, I have been able to contact them, or at the very least email them. I did email AspireUSA and they directed me here, to a forum. If I have defective products I don't want to discuss my wattage and pg/vg ratio over a span of a week. It seems as though a multitude of people having similar issues are being given no actual help.

  • You can email Aspire at service@aspirecig.com

What is wrong with your device?
  • If it is defective, return it to the place of purchase for warranty exchange (It's just like you bought a TV from BestBuy and it's broken. You return it to BestBuy and they exchange it, then they deal with the manufacturer).

If you bought it directly from Aspire, contact abby@aspire.com with your order number and details.
