Is this the only way?

To contact Aspire I mean. In experiences with other reputable vaping purveyors, I have been able to contact them, or at the very least email them. I did email AspireUSA and they directed me here, to a forum. If I have defective products I don't want to discuss my wattage and pg/vg ratio over a span of a week. It seems as though a multitude of people having similar issues are being given no actual help.

  • If it is defective, return it to the place of purchase for warranty exchange (It's just like you bought a TV from BestBuy and it's broken. You return it to BestBuy and they exchange it, then they deal with the manufacturer).

    If you bought it directly from Aspire, contact with your order number and details.
