To contact Aspire I mean. In experiences with other reputable vaping purveyors, I have been able to contact them, or at the very least email them. I did email AspireUSA and they directed me here, to a forum. If I have defective products I don't want to discuss my wattage and pg/vg ratio over a span of a week. It seems as though a multitude of people having similar issues are being given no actual help.
