Brass or steel?

Hello Aspire,

What metal is used in these Aspire products, brass or just steel (pure steel uncoated)?
1. Nautilus mini and nautilus 2 coils 1.8 ohm - I'm asking bout the atomizer body not the actual wire.
2. Aspire triton v1 including the rta sectiion
3. Nautilus Mini: Is all steel including chimney and base which holds the coil?
4. Triton mini coils

If you wonder why I ask, I'm throwing away my vape stuff with brass and keep only steel. It seems I have some sort of allergy to brass but I'm ok using steel (uncoated) products.
Thank you!

  • Hello paulk1,
Here are some information for your reference
If you have some sort of allergy to brass,I am afraid that most of the tanks use the prebuilt coils, you can not use it
Because the atomizer body holds the wire and cotton is Brass
The Chimney unit and base hardware of the Nautilus mini is steel

We have stopped make the Triton v1 and the rta section for about two years

  • Hi @Tina !

I ask about Triton v1 and his Rta because I already have it :)

It looks like steel to me but I'm no expert. Can you confirm?

    Thank you!
  • @paulk1 The same with the Triton v1 tank,
the atomizer body holds the wire and cotton is Brass
The Chimney unit and base hardware of the Triton v1 is steel
The RTA section, the base is steel, the screw is Brass
  • I guess the two tiny screws from RTA won't be an issue since they are not in contact with the juice.

I hope Aspire will make steel coils in the future for Nautilus.

Thank you for all the help @Tina :)

    Happy holidays!
