who want buy a so low quality product and after be in contact with a so bad customer service?

before buy aspire product, I have ask many times(01.01.2017 -> 09.01.2017)
they have perfectly understand my english.

I have buy an nx100 and receive it in februar 2017.

Less 6 month after, my nx100 become crazy with battery meter.
I have think is a problem battery, I have buy new one (EFEST 3000 MAh).

That's don't solve the problem with battery meter.
until I have try to contact aspire.

In first time, I was believe is the battery dead.
I have buy another one in urgence (EFEST).

But the problem continue, it try to charging (1 full day) and it never to 100% complete
After, it is dischaging and dont let me smoke after an half day.

I have test the EFEST on other mod and it work perfectly.
And I have test the aspire 4300 Battery too on on other and it work too.

Your nx100 is ko after approximately 6 month of use.
I am very unhappy with the nx100, it is low quality product.

What do you propose ?

For try to solve my problem, I have tested the firmware v04.
The firmware v04 have not solve my problem.
And I have discover a bug who restart my mod. I have come back to firmware v01.
2 Questions :
1) Can you explain me the benefit to buy genuine product when it is poor or less lifetime than a copy ?
2) Think you I want buy another mod when the first one have problem after 6 month ?

We have three months warranty for our battery/mod since the purchase date on your receipt,it means we can inspect and send free replacement to you if we confirm your battery is defective.
The warranty not cover shipping cost.

After I have try with a EFEST 5000MAh, that's not solve my problem.
And now, my mod dont turn on.

1) a product cannot work more than 6 month.
2) a customer service stop to understand you after you buy.


A last question who want buy a so low quality product and after be in contact with a so bad customer service?

    But the three months warranty applies to all of our customers.not only for you.
    If the products out of warranty and users want to fix it, they can ship the product back for detection and maintenance.
